I had an amazing experience with my girls out package!! I had a pedicure, manicure, wonderful Swedish massage and a deep cleansing facial. The money spent was worth every penny. The staff were very friendly and experienced. I thank them so much for making my day special!

Best services, and friendly staff! I’m hooked on their facials & body treatments. I’ve even brought my husband to the spa for a Valentines couples massage. Great way to keep the romance alive. :). Personal lockers so I’m never worried about where to put purse, and they even have yoga! That’s the place to go and get all your services done from head to toe They have always been a super clean spa which is something that when I was looking for a new place (YEARS ago) to go was a major concern for me! I have high standards and so do they and it shows! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Body and Soul Day Spa for quite some time for various treatments. Last year I tried the new hydra-facials and after only a few sessions, I noticed an improvement on my skin; smaller pores, less blemishes, tighter skin, and an overall more even complexion and glow. I decided to buy a package of hydra-facials which I just completed and WOW! Huge improvement on my skin! One of my girlfriends asked me if I got botox which I have never done before. My skin is tighter, smooth, glowing, little to no pores and the cystic acne I had under my chin has completely cleared with no scars remaining. I have had many facials and I would by far recommend Hydra-facials to anyone – you will definitely notice a difference.  It is convenient that Body and Soul is close to my home and work – but I enjoy going because they are always on time, clean, very friendly staff and offer very good treatments that show results. Thank you Body and Soul for making every one of my visits a pleasant one! 🙂

The moment my wife and I walked into Body and Soul we knew we were in great hands. The staff was accommodating, professional, and the services exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and clean and we both agree that this was the best spa experience we’ve had in Mississauga / Toronto. I travel from Stoney Creek to Streetsville for this SPA. The ladies are wonderful the services are amazing. Catherine and team take perfect care of my skin needs, this spa can’t be beat! I’ve tried so many services from nails to laser…from facials to massages. I’m never disappointed! Truly talented ladies! AMAZING!
